Zero Odor® doesn’t have an odor. It has a clean tracer scent, that helps you track on where you’ve sprayed our Zero Odor® product. The tracer scent disappears within under 30 seconds and you are left with a crisp fresh air.
Zero Odor® products are safe to use around pets. Our formula is non-toxic, non irritant, biodegradable and VOC free. It is safe to use on surfaces most animals come in contact with. If you have any additional concerns, please consult your veterinarian for recommendations.
If your hard wood flooring is sealed with a water-safe sealant, you should be able to use Zero Odor®, but we recommend you test a small area of your floor for colorfastness to ensure your floor won’t be damaged.
Whilst our formula is non-toxic and non-irritant, but if you have any sort of skin or allergy sensitivities, it is always best to check with your physician. It is not FDA certified so therefore do not use on your skin.
Zero Odor® has not done testing with our products in a carpet cleaning machine. Any dilution of Zero Odor® in using this type of machine will render the product less effective.
Our best policy is 2 years for Zero Odor® to maintain its efficiency. If the product is stored correctly, in normal room temperature and not in direct sunlight exposure.
Zero Odor® does not need to be diluted; it is ready to be use out of the bottle to eliminate all your odor problems.

Put your clothes in the machine as you would normally do and add your detergent of preference. Then add Zero Odor® Laundry, 4 squirts or 2oz. If you have a HE washer, add it in the detergent receptacle. For top loader, add right in with your clothes.
Zero Odor® General spray is specific formulated for odors in the air and surfaces like counter tops. For all your laundry needs, use Zero Odor® Laundry. It will eliminate the odor from laundry items as athletic garments, musty towels, and even the sour smells inside your washing machine.
There is nothing to worry about. Once the Zero Odor® content of your bottles defrost, it will work perfectly fine.
Yes. Zero Odor® bottles are made from Type 2 HDPE recycled plastic and are considered eco-friendly because they are made from post-consumer products and are recyclable at the end of their useful life. HDPE plastic is the most environmentally stable of all plastics, giving off no harmful fumes into the environment.
