Returns - 30 Day Policy
We appreciate your understanding of the policies outlined below and are here for you if you have any questions or concerns regarding these policies before your order is placed.
- Returns for items purchased on www.zeroodor.com may be accepted for return within 30 days of receiving your product.
- Returns will not be granted for empty product bottles or products that are received less than half full.
- Kits are eligible for a return only if the complete kit is returned. Partial kits are not eligible for a return and individual items within the kit are not eligible for return. Please see below for additional restrictions.
- Returns that are sent back that do not comply with the above policies will be communicated to the customer and returned to them if they wish at their expense, otherwise they will be discarded.
- Please note you are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping. We recommend using a return method that provides tracking, so you can ensure your return has reached us. Once your return has been received, we will refund your order for the cost of the products and applicable taxes only - the shipping cost will not be refunded.

2) Complete our Return Form to include with your return.
3) After you have contacted us you can return your item(s) & completed Return Form. Send the item(s) back to us within 30 days of receipt to:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and your refund is being processed. If you are eligible for a refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 3-5 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or payment method again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us here.
SHIPPING
We offer standard shipping on all applicable orders and expedited services for purchase at checkout. Please make sure to review the information below to ensure accurate delivery of your Zero Odor® shipment.
- PO Box customers – please choose standard shipping at checkout via USPS and include your PO Box address in your shipping information. Otherwise, please choose upgraded shipping and provide your physical address for delivery.
- Packages marked as delivered to the address entered on your order are subject to product replacement only if deemed missing or stolen by the carrier.
- Please ensure your address is correct before you complete your order as we are not responsible for shipments marked as delivered to incorrect addresses.
Processing timeline:
- We process and ship orders during business days Monday – Friday, excluding Holiday closures.
- We are pleased to offer standard ground shipping on all orders via UPS, USPS and FedEx; we typically process within 24 hours of receipt. We offer Two Day and Overnight shipping services available for purchase at checkout with rates based on the delivery zip code. All orders placed for Two Day and Overnight received by 2pm EST will depart that same day. All orders received after 2pm EST will depart the following business day. Please note that all expedited orders placed after 2pm on Friday will not ship until the following Monday. Expedited services are delivered on business days only, Monday – Friday, per the carrier’s policies. We do not offer Overnight services for Saturday delivery at this time.
Delivery timelines:
Standard Shipping (3-7 business days)
Two Day (2 business days) – your shipment will depart the same day it is placed if before 2pm EST.
Overnight (Next business day) - your shipment will depart the same day it is placed if before 2pm EST.
International Shipping:
We are pleased to offer International shipping through UPS International Priority to many countries as listed at checkout. Customers will be required to pay all duties and taxes upon receipt of your order as required by your country.
